Booking terms and conditions
Reservations must be made with a complete request from the contact form and booking on the website; telephone booking requests will be entered by Villa Chichizola, subject to verification of the availability required for the dates indicated by the customer.
Booking online
The customer can check the availability of the structure online, indicating the check-in and check-out dates most suitable to him; during the online booking all the fields indicated (mandatory) must be filled in with the relative payment methods indicated in the booking form.
When booking, the total amount must be paid for the entire stay; will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the booking and a summary of the data entered during the booking. The booking confirmation will be communicated by email, together with the credit verification of the indicated amount.

Bank transfer
Customers who wish to pay by bank transfer must send a copy of the payment receipt (for both the 50% deposit and the total balance) to the following email: info@villachichizola.it
Upon confirmation of the transaction, the customer will receive the booking confirmation.
Penalties applied in case of withdrawal and cancellation of the booking
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation made, the penalties applied for cancellations are as follows:
- within 30 days from the beginning of the stay – 50% of the amount paid will be retained.
- less than 20 days from the beginning of the stay – 70% of the amount paid will be retained.
- for cancellations made on the day of check-in – 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
