Ground floor:
In addition to the kitchen, the ground floor houses a separate dining room, a large living area with a TV room and comfortable sofas, as well as a guest bathroom.
First floor :
The first floor has a total of three bedrooms, two have French double beds with an outdoor terrace, the third bedroom has two single beds. On the first floor there are also two comfortable independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The bright and welcoming furniture contributes to well-being and guarantees a pleasant and elegant atmosphere.
Outdoors:
The outdoor area of the villa is very spacious. Outside terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs, invites you to enjoy breakfast or a meal in the open air or simply a good aperitif before enjoying dinner. Always outside you can find an area equipped with barbecue for your grills in the company.
